You get what you pay for.

Nicole got a new clarinet for Christmas. We got a good deal on because it was a student clarinet and Amazon was having a sweet sale. About 3 or 4 weeks ago one of the screws came out so we had to take it in and the music store was able to put a new one in. Free of charge even. Yesterday when Nicole got home from school she told me she lost another screw. No problem I thought, we'll take it in and get a new screw and it will probably be a couple bucks this time. Apparently the screw she lost this time caused more damage because they said the repair will take a minimum of a week and it will be around thirty dollars, maybe more.

We are sending the clarinet back to the manufacturer.

My advice to you is to not purchase a Conductor brand musical instrument. There are good student instruments out there from good brands. Conductor is not one of those brands.
