Finish it up Friday and some other junk too.

By the time you are reading this, I will be on the road to the Seattle Temple and then off to Ensign Ranch for a 4 day reunion of AWESOMENESS!!! Be jealous.

I have one finish for the week. I'm pretty excited about it because I drew the pattern myself and I've never seen a quilt like it.

I was at my friends house the other day and this pillow caught my attention. I quickly fell into stalker mode and took a picture of it.
Here is my version of it. It's 64 inches square. I was going to make it bigger, but I ran out of the white--tone on tone polka dot fabric I was using. I love it
I didn't have anything good enough to put on the back, so I pieced it.
Stay tuned for next week. These are some of the 1" quilt blocks and you will see awesomeness in the form of a twin size quilt. It's already done, I just need to quilt it. I will be doing that this weekend at the ranch!
Have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you Kate, for linking me up to cmq's finish it up friday since I am out of town.

I love your black and white quilt. It's very modern and masculine. Super great design. I'm impressed that you did up a pattern from that pillow.

I love the black and white pieces. My favorite part is the back which you pieced. Great!

Well, I can see where all of my quilting skill has gone...to you, obviously (which explains SO MUCH!). Those are way awesome. I am jealous.

I LOVE THIS QUILT! Fabulous design.

Your tender mercies story was very sweet too, I'm glad you could participate in the prayer.
